TIPS

Most people can tolerate oatmeal, and as long as it’s gluten-free, it makes a good satisfying breakfast. It’s a good transition food. Raw fresh food is the best for healing, but some of us cannot go raw or even eat fruit because we are too sensitive to the detoxing affects of the fruit.

If you can tolerate old-fashioned oatmeal, maybe try steel-cut oats for a change, they do take triple the time to cook though and may be a little harder to digest.

I will share a home favorite on my blog soon, “Baked Carrot Cake Oatmeal” - hopefully it will be one  of your favorites too. It’s great for busy school mornings, as well as packed lunches!!!
