Fresh Fruit Plate

Ingredients

• 1 cup of organic blackberries

• 1 cup of organic raspberries

• 2 cups of organic strawberries, hulled and sliced

• 2 cups of organic red grapes

• 1 mango

• drizzle with maple syrup if desired
or
if you have ripe bananas, ( bright yellow and have brown flecks), I love ‘banana milk’ by blending 1 banana and 1/2 cup of ice.
Optional: Hemp seeds, chopped walnuts, pecans, fresh mint etc
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a bowl with desired toppings. I just added fresh mint to mine.
