  1. 1 cup of  organic blackberries

  2. 1 cup of  organic raspberries

  3. 2 cups of  organic strawberries, hulled and sliced

  4. 2 cups of  organic red grapes

  5. 1 mango

  6. drizzle with maple syrup if desired

   or

if you have ripe bananas, ( bright yellow and have brown flecks), I    love ‘banana milk’ by blending 1 banana and 1/2 cup of ice.

Optional: Hemp seeds, chopped walnuts, pecans, fresh mint etc

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a bowl with desired toppings. I just added fresh mint to mine.

TIPS

This Fresh Fruit Plate can be eaten any time of the day. I often eat a plate full of fruit for dinner in the summer, so I can be outside rather than in the kitchen.

Fruits, like berries, apples and grapes are best organic, due to their delicate skins. Maple syrup is full of minerals that are great for the blood and brain, so use this whenever you can and it tastes really good too. It’s a great healthy alternative for sugar.

Often I will chop up some Romaine lettuce and mix this in, it looks pretty too, then it’s a true Fresh Fruit Salad!!!
